Accomplished Sashiko artist, Meghan, will instruct participants in the Japanese art of visible mending - using decorative stitching to repair and reinforce fabrics. Sashiko stitching involves creating geometric patterns with running stitches to add strength and visual interest to the repair. Ages 12 and up. $30 includes free embroidery thread and needle.
